2. Provision of Ladzgames Services

The end user agrees to receive digital services from Ladzgames.com, delivered via their mobile operator’s network.

3. Terms & Conditions of Access

This is a one-time subscription service: a single payment grants 30-day access.

You must be 18 years or older. If you're not the billpayer or under 18, you must obtain permission from the responsible party before subscribing. By using the service, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents.

The current service fee is 30.75 PLN and is shown clearly on this website.

4. Termination of Service

This is a one-time service. After payment, you receive 30 days of access to Ladzgames.com. We may terminate services without notice under the following conditions:

Non-payment via your mobile subscription
Violation of these Terms or misuse
Request from your mobile operator
Legal, regulatory, or technical obstacles
Use of the service negatively affecting our infrastructure

We are not liable for damages resulting from service suspension or cancellation.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, and digital assets provided via Ladzgames.com are protected under international intellectual property laws. These include but are not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents. You agree not to:
